Use of the BandSix Website |
- By becoming a BandSix member you consent and agree to and with the terms and conditions
set out below.
- You will read and often check our privacy policy, disclaimer and terms and conditions
pages to make yourself aware of any changes BandSix Pty Limited has made to these
agreements.
- By using the BandSix website it is assumed that you as a student/member or web user,
has read and understood these conditions as intended, and abided by these terms
and conditions, the disclaimer, privacy agreement and any other regulations set
out by BandSix Pty Limited.
- BandSix makes no assurance to the quality, relevance or source from which the “notes”
derive. Nor can BandSix be held accountable for any misunderstanding by the student/member
or cardholder on the product or service they are receiving, the products’ quality,
price or any other feature of the product, service or website.
- To be a participant in the competition or to become a BandSix member the student
or customer must be over 16 years of age and have their parents consent to use their
credit card to pay the $33.00 membership fee (GST inclusive)
- The member/user understands that BandSix does not offer a refund policy. However
if the notes when downloaded are not available and the user/member is billed, this
transaction will be amended and notes provided to the member as soon as possible.
The member understands that to have this transaction amended they must notify BandSix
of the problem with all relevant transaction information via e-mail at
helpme@bandsix.com.au
- The cardholder responsible for purchasing the membership has the right to assign
their right of use to the name listed as the member. This right may be assigned
to only one person (presumably their child) throughout the 2005 year ending December
1st. The member may not at any time reproduce the notes or any part of the notes
in any way other than for his /her personal use. Any reproduction of any other part
will be considered a breach of this agreement and will result in Band Six Pty Limited
terminating the cardholder's membership without refund. The cardholder is held liable
for any financial losses incurred by Band Six Pty Limited as a result of any actions
of the member they have assigned their right of use to, including but not limited
to the unauthorized reproduction of notes.

Terms and Conditions
|
- To be a participant in the competition a student must be over 16 years of age and have their parents consent to use their credit card to pay the $33.00 membership fee (GST inclusive);
- The competition begins on 1st November 2005 and closes on 1st December 2006.
- The winner will be the student who refers the most members by having their name placed in the referral box at the time of a member signing up to a new account. The winner will be automatically notified by the operations manager, Cameron Smith.
- Prize Winners will be notified within two weeks of the closing date (1st December 2006) and will receive their Prize within 6 weeks of this notification.
- The prize is a 30G Apple iPod (valued at $449.00) and is not redeemable for cash.
- The prize winner will be notified by the email address used in their membership registration within two weeks of the closing date. In the event that the prize winner does not respond to the email notification, we will notify them in writing by mail at the postal address supplied in the membership details;
- In the event that the prize is not claimed within three months the prize will be then awarded to the student with the next highest number of referrals.;
- The winners name and possibly a photo of the winner will be published on the Band Six Pty Limited web site;
